Frequently Asked Questions

Information About Advertising, Contributions, and More

Who are you people?

We are a part of the Go Travel Sites serving travel and tourism information across North America. We began in 1997 with Go-Utah and have been expanding ever since. To see who we are in real life, check out more details About Us.

How can I advertise on your site?

We offer a wide variety of advertising opportunities. If you're in the business of travel and leisure, or for more information about advertising options, click here.

Can I target ads by region/state/destination/topic/activity?

Yes, yes, yes, yes and yes.

Are you interested in a strategic partnership?

Possibly. We partner with some big names in the travel industry so we're open to the idea. Contact us via our Advertising Page to discuss how we can work together for the benefit of our visitors.

I found something wrong with your information. Who do I send corrections to?

We scour the far reaches of the Internet for information about places, outfitters, activities and the like that would normally take the average surfer a lot of tedious searching to find. Sometimes, however, what we find is out of date or just plain wrong. Locals, seasoned travelers and any "eyes on the ground" are the best experts in travel. We are absolutely delighted when someone points out something wrong.

To send us a correction, updates or comments about anything you see out of whack, visit our Report a Problem page and submit the handy form. You may not always get an immediate response, but rest assured we go through each and every message and greatly appreciate the feedback.

Can I contribute reviews or post feedback about something listed here?

We are aiming to have a fully integrated system to accept reviews, comments, feedback, rants, raves or anything of the like, (no matter how positive) by early 2010. Until then you can visit our Make a Suggestion page and submit whatever you would like. If it is helpful, we’ll work to include it on our site.

Computers are fine and all, but where can I find printed materials?

Fortunately for you, many of our partners will provide printed brochures, magazines, or electronic copies of the same that can be printed with ease. This latter category is basically the same as being sent something pre-printed, though perhaps not as glossy.

Visit our Free Travel Planners page to see what is currently available.

How do I find X?

We've organized all information both by destinations and by categories like Hotels, Attractions and the like where you can narrow things down by specifics like location, pricing, etc. If you still can't find what you're looking for, try out the search box on the top right of the page.

I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find what I want. Where else can I look?

We are constantly, and we mean CONSTANTLY, improving and expanding our coverage. That said, you are going to come up short some times.

In that case, try Google, or Bing, we hear good things about them.

Check back, though. We're always adding new stuff.

I left something behind on my trip. Can you help me get it back?

Unfortunately we're not related to the businesses listed on the site. If you left your wallet in your hotel room you will need to call the hotel's front desk. Likewise for outfitters, campsites, RV parks, etc. If you've lost the contact details you need and can't relocate them, feel free to send us an e-mail.

To explore more about getting listed on our sites, check out out Advertising Info. If you still have a question not answered above, visit our Contact Us page.
