Directions
Sand Creek is a tributary of Johnson Creek. Travel east from Cascade on Forest Service Hwy. 22/Road 579 over Warm Lake Summit. Near Landmark go on Forest Road 447 to Forest Road 437. The road follows the creek for many miles.
