The main Methow is dominated by powerful and plentiful rapids ranging from intermediate to advanced intermediate in difficulty. Navigating through the Methow’s rapids, featuring both large waves and raging holes, provides excitement for even the most seasoned whitewater traveler.
Both single day and overnight trips are available upon the main Methow and several towns are located along the river banks on this stretch.
