Description
This trail travels through heavily timbered lodge pole pine, fir and scattered aspen. At the right hand fork the timber begins to clear somewhat and the trail becomes steeper, rising through scattered fir, aspen and more grass until visitor reaches the top. Watch for elk, deer, Rocky Mountain Bluebirds, hawks, pine grouse, blue grouse and the occasional eagle.
