Description

Trail crosses Broad Canyon Creek with mixed aspen and fir trees in the area, then climbs through a saddle. The rock formations are white limestone, inspiring the name of the trail. Marten, deer, elk and coyotes are common inhabitants.

Trail Begins: Access #1 begins at Broad Canyon Trailhead which is accessed from Copper Basin Loop Road #138. Access #2 begins at Starhope Campground. Access 33 begins at Pot Creek Trail #176 from the Sawtooth National Forest side.

Trail Ends: At Bear Canyon Trail

Convenience available: Access #1 has parking and a stock loading ramp available. Access #2 has drinking water, toilets, a stock loading ramp and parking. Starhope Campground is within 1/2 mile of this Access. access #3 has no conveniences available.
