Description
This is a high mountain trail that traverses Big Black Dome Mountain, running high over a number of canyons and crossing numerous small creeks. The scenery covers a great deal of variety and is certainly well worth the effort as the hiker is treated to a good view of Copper Basin and the East Fork of the Lost River. The visitor should watch for mountain goats.
