Description
Trail follows Long Lost Creek through willows, aspen and sagebrush for about 2 miles. This basically an open trail with a good view of the Lost River Range peaks. Visitor should watch for beaver by the creek and Bighorn sheep further up the trail. The trail is a two-track, making traveling quite easy with plenty of opportunity to enjoy the surroundings. The last mile, however, becomes a single track, dead ending in a huge box canyon that is an excellent spot for the avid rappeller to do some climbing.
