Sagehen Creek Campground is located 45 miles north of Emmett, Idaho. Take State Highway 52 north to the Sweet/Ola Road (12.3 miles). Turn left towards Sweet, drive north to Ola (17 miles), pavement ends at Ola. Take National Forest Road 618 (NF-618) to the junction of NF-626 (10 miles). Take NF-626 to NF-614 (7 miles). Take NF-614 to campground (2.5 miles). The majority of this route is a gravel surface and can be successfully driven with a passenger car during drier weather.
Description
This is a fee campground. Fee envelopes and a collection box are provided near the entrance. A campground host is located in unit No.5. The host is available from mid-May to Labor Day weekend. This area is accessible for a season that varies usually between April 20 to October 20 due to snow levels.
Sagehen Creek Campground lies in a forested basin next to Sagehen Reservoir. This campground has 15 units. All units have tables, grills and fire pits.
